DC fan speed control

　　Fan operation is changed as the case of heat, at a slower speed operation, the fan will have less noise and consumes less energy.

　　In most of the design requirements, the fan speed operation in a few hours after the air temperature is usually lower than the maximum design temperature value. Under normal circumstances, low speed cooling fan can be enough to complete its work. However, when selecting and installing should also be considered: cooling fan

　　First, the selected fan must be able to provide sufficient amount of exhaust (speed), under the high temperatures of the hot air inside the cooling device; when the temperature is relatively low and less hot air when it is to do the opposite of work.Waterproof fan

　　Next, the position sensor installed in the selection should be noted that the sensor in the proper position, as far as possible so that the sensor can be clamped directly to the surface to be cooled. In operation, a temperature-controlled fan will operate at a faster rate if the thermistors sense higher temperatures; and at lower temperatures, will operate at a lower speed; at these higher and lower middle, the fan speed will almost never due to temperature change.

　　The temperature changes slowly when the fan, the fan speed changes are slow, not suddenly change the fan speed and noise. The reaction time depends mainly on the length of the sensor of its thermally-induced sensitivity.
